What this site collects, and what it doesn’t.
what we collect
When you send a message, request a calculator breakdown or sign up for the articles, the details you type are emailed to us and kept in our mailbox. Nothing else is stored on this site.
who else handles it
Form messages are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, and arrive in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Both may process and store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We use them only to deliver and keep your messages, never for marketing.
To stop the forms being abused, the site briefly remembers your IP address in memory when you submit one. It is never written to disk or sent anywhere, and it is cleared once the ten-minute limit window has passed.
what we don’t
There are no analytics, advertising trackers or cookies set by this site. The free tools run in your browser and send nothing unless you ask us to email you a breakdown.
asking us to delete something
Email us at hello@bjlsystems.com and we’ll remove what we hold about you within a working week.
